Please note- We do not offer crisis intervention, medical diagnosis or medication management. Our team consists of experienced counselling psychologists who support concerns like anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship challenges, burnout and emotional overwhelm. If at any point we feel you may benefit from psychiatric care or a different level of care, we will discuss this with you and help you with a referral. Remember, you are never alone.
